Arni Dizon

Hi everyone!

My name is Arni Dizon and I serve as the Graduate Assistant at APASA. I am currently a second-year school psychology graduate student. I am from Pampanga, Philippines, and earned concurrent degrees in Psychology and Justice Studies from Arizona State University. My primary area of academic interest is in minoritized youth mental health, and this directly relates to my objective of centering cultural responsiveness in my practice as a school psychology trainee. Outside of my interests in mental wellness and equity, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, art journaling, trying different local food spots, and spending time with loved ones. As APASA's Graduate Assistant, I hope to be a resource for all students, especially within our APIDA community; please don't hesitate to connect with me via email!
