On February 19, 1942, U.S. President, Franklin D. Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066 resulting in the forced incarceration of over 120,000 Japanese Americans in the western part of the country during World War II. Nearly 80 years later, we take the time to pause and reflect upon the impact of this decision that forced many Japanese Americans to suffer. Join us for a group panel discussion highlighting their experiences and personal knowledge on how the Japanese American community took action and reflect on civil right violations.
